The room is well-designed and soundproof with a magnificent view. The location is unbeatable and ideal, it's short walk to the bus stop close by, transport and mini Oreo sized bars of soap. Besides, an open - air museum is 5 minutes' drive away.

The warm welcome from the reception staff was really good, and the breakfast service was amazing, particularly the young lady who personally brought me scrambled eggs while I was seated.

The rooms are nice styled and soundproof with fridge, everything is very comfortable. It has very welcoming staff and very good services.

Brand-new room with a lovely bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and satellite TV. Good and fabulous meals. Perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere.

I really enjoyed my stay since the hotel was just a short walk from Genneper Parken, where I loved taking leisurely strolls while enjoying the serene surroundings, and it's also conveniently located near Stadswandelpark.

Issues with WiFi login are frustrating!!! The smoking area is uncomfortably close to the entrance!!! Check-in process could be improved to avoid confusion and guarantee room assignments!!!

I encountered significant issues with accessing the hotel. The entry gate system was unnecessarily complex, and I had trouble figuring out how to get in, especially late at night. I also found the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as the floors appeared to need a good mopping.

The Beautiful King Room was spacious with a super comfy bed, made it easy to relax after a long day. Loved the beautiful view from the window and the unique decor with old school pictures added a nice touch. The glass bottles of water and chocolates waiting for me were such a cute surprise!

Modern vibes and comfy rooms

The room was super cozy and had a modern feel. Breakfast was fab, especially loved the omelettes the staff whipped up. Only thing was the air con was a bit noisy at night, but didn't bother me too much. Oh, and the bar was a chill spot for evening drinks!

Loved the cozy lobby vibe and the awesome walk-in shower. A clean, comfy room.

Everything is what I need and want.

I really enjoyed the yummy breakfast where the lovely staff made omelettes just how I like them each morning. The lounge area was perfect for relaxing, and the cozy fireplace added a nice touch. One minor thing was the slightly noisy air conditioning, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

I had a fantastic stay with very friendly staff and thoroughly enjoyed the quality breakfast, especially the fresh omelettes made to order. The free bicycle storage was a big plus, allowing me to explore nearby parks, but I did experience a fire alarm drill that was a bit chaotic.
